Hogo official marketing partner of Japan gaming congress

Hogo Digital has been announced as the official marketing partner of the Japan Gaming Congress, which will be held from May 10 to 12 in Tokyo.

The event is expected to draw over 430 delegates from the global gaming industry including local attendance from both the government and the private sectors of Japan.

With the recent announcement of Japan’s intentions to soon legalize gaming in the country, interest amongst international operators has soared with consideration being shown by some of the world’s largest gaming organizations.

The conference will focus on a variety of topics, from legislation and regulatory matters to inbound tourism, problem gaming and much more, as cited in a statement issued by the creative marketing and strategy company.

The congress is a three-day educational forum that aims to offer clear, practical insight and understanding into the implementation of casino legislation in Japan and the rippling effects it may cause.

Held at the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi, the congress is expected to draw strong participation from both domestic and international firms interested in the development of integrated resorts in Japan.

Chris Wieners, managing partner of HOGO, stated in a press release issued yesterday: “We’re excited to be working alongside Clarion Events on the Japan Gaming Congress. With the recent regulatory update, all eyes have been on the country; it was a major factor in our decision to launch operations in Japan.”
