Corporate Bits | Sands China participates in one day volunteer for seventh consecutive year

Sands China Ltd. participated in two activities organized by the Macau Youth Volunteer Association as part of its One Day Volunteer 2015 program yesterday, where 35 Sands China Care Ambassadors (SCCA) spent a day with members of the Macau Deaf Association at Sands Cotai Central. Yesterday’s activities marked Sands China’s seventh year of participation in the annual One Day Volunteer program.
Around 25 children and parents from the Macau Deaf Association and their families were invited to take part in two activities held at Sands Cotai Central Sunday: Madagascar Summer Feast and DreamWorks Experience Cool Collection. They were given the opportunity to interact with Madagascar characters such as penguins Skipper and Kowalski, and joined them for a summer lunch buffet. Then, they headed to the DreamWorks Experience Cool Collection, a free-admission treasure hunt to find some of the DreamWorks Animation characters. Each child who participated received a souvenir from Sands China to commemorate the day.
