Crime or accident? Australian man found dead

The Judiciary Police (PJ) on Monday received a report at around 10 p.m. that suggested a foreign man fell from a height onto the fifth floor platform of the Prince Flower City residential complex. He was later confirmed dead after being sent to the hospital.
PJ information suggested that a resident of the said building heard a huge noise at around 9.48 p.m. on Monday and found the man lying on the platform. The resident suspected that the man fell from a higher apartment and immediately notified the police.
Firefighters then sent the man to the Conde de São Januário Central Hospital (CHCSJ), where medical personnel tried to resuscitate him, to no avail.
Investigators later found the unit in the building that was believed to be the man’s residence, but they could not find any suicide notes.
It was later discovered that the deceased was an Australian national in his 20s, surnamed Culliver. PJ is still investigating the case and will wait for the coroner to confirm the cause of death. JPL
