Sands introduces gastronomic journey through festive week

1-File-01-09-2015-21-11-10-bSands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao and Sands Macau rolled out their selected menus yesterday, created to mark the festive week of Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day at the end of the month.
The four Chinese-cuisine restaurants belonging to the groups will have their own limited editions of offerings available in different periods, catering to a wide spectrum of foodies. The northern Chinese-styled restaurant, North, which is situated on the Venetian Macao’s premises, will surprise its guests with its selection of authentic “Dong Bei” dishes from September 25 to October 11; prices will start at MOP128. Guests enjoying their dishes there between Sept 25 and 27 will receive an additional festive treat in the form of northern-style moon cake, served with green tea and mixed nuts.
Another restaurant, also under the same roof of the resort, offering its elegant fine dining is Canton, which recently was granted the Best of Award of Excellence for its wine list for the third consecutive year by Wine Spectator magazine. The Cantonese-styled eatery will tickle its diners’ palates with two unique menus consisting of six courses each, priced at MOP880 and MOP1000 per person, from September 25 to October 11.
Conrad Macao’s Dynasty 8, the home of classic and high-end Chinese cuisine and featured on the list of Hong Kong Tatler’s Best Restaurants of 2015, will delight one’s every single sense with its exquisite menu priced at MOP880 per person, which will be available exclusively on the day of Mid-Autumn Festival.
Delicacy seekers might also pamper themselves at the Sands Macao’s Golden Court, with 10 traditional dishes on its selected menu available from September 19 to 27. This has been priced at MOP 1,980 per table of six.
