The Consumer Council and Liaoning Province Consumer Association have signed a consumer protection protocol. The protocol safeguards customers in both Macau and Liaoning, where consumers can now lodge complaints at either the Consumer Council in Macau or the Consumer Association in Liaoning, if consumer disputes arise. Upon receiving a complaint, the council or association will transfer the case to the other party within 15 days to follow up accordingly. In addition, the council and the association have agreed to provide a list of “Certified Shops” and “Consumer Alerts” on their websites and the council’s WeChat account for consumers’ reference. Both parties will also carry out information exchange, staff training and promotional efforts.

The stamp series intends to convey “traditional Chinese virtues” to the next generation, and spread the education and knowledge of familial love and sincerity. The packs will be available for sale at various local post offices and at the Communications Museum, and are priced at MOP90.
