PJ boost crime prevention efforts

According to a press release published by the Judiciary Police (PJ), crime prevention initiatives are being carried out across the city, focusing on local businesses. In July, officers visited over 60 restaurants and shops, including those on San Ma Lou and Avenida de Horta e Costa, to educate owners on preventing telecommunication fraud and theft. The outreach included distributing anti-deception leaflets, as well as advising merchants to exercise vigilance, especially if they receive large orders from unfamiliar suppliers.
