Corporate Bits | Chef’s signature dishes from Made in China, Grand Hyatt Beijing

A special promotion is on at Grand Hyatt Macau’s Beijing Kitchen from now until 7 Sep. Beijing Kitchen is one of only a few restaurants in the city specializing in authentic and innovative northern Chinese cuisine.
“Chef’s Signature Dishes from Made in China, Grand Hyatt Beijing” is now being served at Beijing Kitchen. Appetizers include Shredded chicken, Spiced beef and Roasted cuttlefish; a selection of Dumplings and Buns; while main courses comprise Deep fried Chahua chicken, Braised pork ribs, Braised lamb brisket and Pan fried Australian rib-eye.

ctm once again awarded iphone masters certificates

In 2012, CTM was the first and only telecom operator in Macau to be awarded Apple’s iPhone Masters Certificates. This year again, 8 members from CTM’s sales team who were previously selected to participate in the 3-month iPhone Masters training program have successfully completed the program and further developed their iPhone knowledge.
On its being awarded the iPhone Masters Certificates for the second time, CTM said that this is recognition of the company’s expertise in possessing a comprehensive knowledge of the Apple iPhone, which will further enhance customers’ confidence with CTM’s service.
The iPhone Masters Certificate Presentation Ceremony was held yesterday morning at CTM’s Telecentro Concept Store. In the presence of Jacob Iu, Director of Marketing of CTM, 8 members from CTM’s sales team received the certificates from Apple and officially became the only authorized iPhone Masters in Macau.
