Orientation-sessionsands china dealers on secondment at singapore’s marina bay sands

Sands China Ltd.’s new professional development program will provide the chance for up to 100 dealers to spend 12 months on secondment at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
The voluntary program provides the dealers with an overseas experience, giving them a global vision and broadening their career development horizons. Sands China is providing salaries and housing allowances for the participants in Singapore, while maintaining their local benefits in Macau.
“Sands China is very pleased to be able to offer it dealers this unique opportunity to work and learn at our award-winning sister property, Marina Bay Sands,” said Antonio Ramirez. “This is the latest initiative of our Sands China Academy – a platform where we provide outstanding professional training and career development for our team members and for Macau’s locals.”
At the end of the 12-month period, the program participants will return to their current positions at Sands China Ltd. in Macau with international experience. A similar program had run when Marina Bay Sands opened in 2010.
