The Ritz-Carlton, Macau is presenting a series of promotions for the upcoming month of love, including gastronomic experiences and spa treats, the hotel announced in a statement.

The Ritz-Carlton Café is offering “La Rouge de Romance”, a five-course Valentine’s Day prix fixe dinner that includes canapés such as Bloody Mary Oyster Shooter, Foie Gras Macarons, and Duck Confit with Pomegranate Vol Au Vents.

For an unconventional twist on a typical Valentine’s Day menu, Chinese restaurant Lai Heen will feature dishes such as Wok-fried Prawn and Scallop with Marinated Beetroot in Lobster Bisque, Braised Whole Abalone with Rock Rice and Seasonal Vegetables, and Double-boiled Snow Goose with Matsutake Mushroom among others.

Meanwhile, the mixologists and pastry team at The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge have crafted cocktails and dessert combo for guests.

The hotel is also offering an80-minute Valentine’s Day couple treatment, featuring a “Holistic Jade Stone Massage” to rejuvenate the body from head to toe, followed by a collagen face mask.
