Female worker severs finger
A suspected work-related accident occurred in a food factory yesterday, involving a 22-year-old Vietnamese female foreign worker. The employee was reported to have had her left index finger cut due to faulty procedures when cleaning the cake maker. She was sent to the public hospital for treatment. According to authorities, the case has been referred to the Labour Affairs Bureau.
