
Four Seasons Hotel Macao has unveiled its Chinese New Year offerings for the Year of the Horse, featuring curated dining, wellness, and hospitality experiences.
Guests can explore the hotel’s artisanal Four Seasons Pudding Cakes at Michelin-starred Zi Yat Heen, with selections ranging from Coconut Milk Rice Pudding to Abalone Radish Pudding and Sakura Water Chestnut Pudding, according to statement issued by the resort.
Dining experiences extend across the hotel, including a Year of the Horse menu at Zi Yat Heen, festive classics at Xiao Ting, and the Prosperity Buffet Dinner at Belcanção, showcasing Suckling Pig, Braised Abalone, and Eight Treasure Rice Cake. Xiao Ting also offers a Stallion Afternoon Tea Set with delicacies such as Jellyfish & Shredded Chicken Lo Hei and Peach & Salted Egg Yolk Choux.
The celebrations include the Prosperity Retreat, featuring a welcome “Prosperity Tray” and Michelin-starred lunch, and a 120-minute spa ritual at The Spa, designed to promote renewal and well-being.
