Galaxy Macau has launched its “The Art of Patisserie Collaboration Series – Ode to Spring,” a springtime pastry celebration co-created with renowned pastry chefs.
This collaboration, featuring Chef Yam Lok Hin, Executive Pastry Chef of StarWorld Hotel, and Chef Chong Ko Wai, the Malaysian Ambassador for Elle & Vire Professionnel, highlights their expertise in the pastry world.
The “Ode to Spring” artisan afternoon tea, available from March to May at Cha Bei and the Raffles Lounge & Terrace, offers a refined selection of four savory items and six handcrafted desserts.
Highlights include a lavender honey, apricot, and white chocolate mousse tart, a hibiscus and chocolate dessert, and a caramel cheesecake.
Savory options include crispy mushrooms and sakura shrimp toast. Guests can also enjoy a special “Red Mist” drink made with passion fruit, hibiscus, and calamansi.
