The Executive Council concluded the discussion concerning the draft of the Administrative Regulation regarding driving examinations and the operation of the driver training center. The document aims to establish the center’s working schedule, internal rules and fines. The purpose is “to improve operation’s management and ensure effective functioning.” According to the proposal, trainees will only be able to use the center when they are in the learning-to-drive phase or when undertaking a driving examination.
MSAR passport holders visa-free to Armenia
Local authorities and the Government of the Republic of Armenia have officially signed the agreement for the Mutual Abolition of Visa Requirements yesterday. Residents of Macau holding a valid Macau SAR Passport or a valid SAR Travel permit will be exempt from visa requirements when entering Armenia for a stay of a maximum of 90 days after the agreement comes into force, the timing of which will be announced later.
