About 4 years ago I visited MJC with a riding mate of mine. I was well received by trainer K.H Leong, we had a tour of his yard. The memory came back when I was watching a video replay on one of his horse that race this Friday evening. Let’s hope Master Leong would end his drought and get more winners for this season. I am keen on Qian Hua who ran a big sand race for Master Leong 9th July. Before this race no one knows this son of Cape Blanco could run well on the sand track, but he proved himself that he is a versatile galloper, not just good on turf but on sand as well. Qian Hua race again this Friday night with his winning jockey S.Nakano on. There is no reason to doubt he cannot run another big race for his connection again. I am confident to put my money on him and hope Master Leong could add one more in the MJC’s trainer’s log. By Davy Chiu, MDT
