Residential prices held steady

The residential property price index for April – June slightly increased by 0.1% over the previous period (March – May 2023) to 251.7, data from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC) shows. The index for Taipa and Coloane (259.0) rose by 0.3% while that for the Macau Peninsula (249.8) stayed flat over the previous period. The index for existing residential units (269.9) remained stable from the previous period. The index for those in Taipa and Coloane (310.9) grew by 0.4%, while the index for those in the Macau Peninsula (259.6) dropped by 0.1%.
