Local team ranks sixth in dragon boat race

The Macau team has ranked sixth with a time of 50.801 seconds in the men’s 200-meter dragon boat final of the Hangzhou Asian Games. In the women’s category, Macau ranked 9th with a time of 1 minute, 0.19 seconds. In both the men’s and women’s categories, the national teams won gold medals, while Thailand and Indonesia each won one silver and one bronze. The Macau’s men’s team advanced to the top of the group in the semi-finals.
