The Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) and United Kingdom’s University of Surrey (UOS) announced a new progression agreement for the transition of qualified students from IFTM to UOS, allowing outstanding students to transfer credits and complete an UOS master’s degree, while simultaneously completing an IFTM master’s degree in as little as two years. As part of this agreement, a scholarship in the form of a fee reduction of 6,000 euros will be applied to all qualified students. In addition, all qualified students can apply for another university-wide scholarship—the International Excellence Award—with a further 5,000 euro fee waiver.
