Gov’t publishes sale price for public housing units at Zone A

The government Housing Bureau (IH) yesterday published prices of public housing units for economic acquisition at Zone A of the new landfills on land plots B4, B9, and B10. Prices of the one-bedroom apartment (T1) vary between MOP1,176,200 and MOP1,458,800, according to the government’s official gazette. For T2 apartment units, prices range between MOP1,546,400 and MOP1,822,500, while large units (T3) can cost between MOP1,934,900 and MOP2,370,500. A total of 3,017 housing units, which were tendered in 2019, are expected to be completed this year.
