Seniors’ public housing price starts at MOP5,400

Units at the elderly public housing are divided into four areas, of which area A has the highest usage fee and area D has the lowest. The usage fees for the four areas range from MOP5,410 to MOP6,370 from the 4th floor to the 21st floor, and from MOP5,670 to MOP6,680 from the 22nd floor to the 37th floor. The deposit amount for each unit is equivalent to the unit’s two-month usage fee; the first three-year usage fee for the first batch of more than 1,500 qualified applicants is calculated at a 20% discount on the original price.
