Vocational training courseson the rise

A total of 1,915 vocational training courses were conducted in 2023, with the participation of 97,672 trainees. This indicates a notable increase of 25.1% compared to the previous period. Furthermore, 66 different institutions organized these training courses, seven more than in 2022. According to the report from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC), the total staff employed in these institutions by the end of last year was 1,834 individuals. Among them, 1,084 were either full-time or part-time teaching staff. Out of the total courses conducted, 891 were specifically designed for companies and institutions, attracting a significant number of 47,048 trainees.
