The government has promoted inclusivity by supporting individuals with disabilities in the “Walk to celebrate the Opening of the Macau Bridge.” Held yesterday, this event commemorated the 75th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China and the 25th anniversary of Macau’s return to China. Around 80 participants from eight disability groups took part, encouraging social interaction and mass sports. The Social Welfare Bureau (IAS) collaborated with various organizations to facilitate registration, allowing families to join in the celebration. This initiative highlights the government’s commitment to integrating disabled individuals into community life and creating equal and inclusive opportunities for all.
