MGM partners with Air Macau to enhance in-flight dining

Macau-based hospitality group MGM has teamed up with Air Macau to introduce an upgraded in-flight dining experience for business-class passengers.

The collaboration showcases culinary expertise from MGM’s Imperial Court and Aux Beaux Arts, offering a refined selection of Chinese and Western dishes.

MGM’s chefs have worked closely with Air Macau’s catering team for nearly a year, providing technical guidance on menu design, recipe development, and culinary training.

The new menus, launching on March 1, will be available on flights to over 10 major destinations, including Beijing, Tokyo, and Seoul.

Hubert Wang, president & COO of MGM China, emphasized that this initiative reinforces Macau’s reputation as a Creative City of Gastronomy while enhancing its appeal as a global travel destination.

By integrating fine dining with air travel, MGM stated that the partnership aims to promote Macau’s rich culinary culture to international visitors before they even arrive.
