Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace is undergoing a significant transformation, focusing on an updated approach to mixology, atmosphere, and customer service.
The changes aim to create a more accessible and personalized experience while maintaining the luxury of a hotel bar, according to a statement issued by the gaming operator.
Led by Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd, Wing Lei Bar will debut a two-pronged cocktail program on March 12, featuring a redesigned signature menu with 12 reimagined takes on classic cocktail styles.
Lloyd, with 15 years of experience working across Asia, is known for integrating unique global ingredients into his cocktail creations.
Lloyd’s bespoke bar program uses a personalized approach, focusing on homemade infusions and tinctures over modern gadgets.
The menu incorporates repurposed ingredients from across the hotel.
Additionally, Wing Lei Bar will launch its culinary-inspired guest shift series starting March 13, with Shanghai’s Union Trading Company showcasing their unique cocktail creations.
