Sands China Ltd. marked International Women’s Day by celebrating the contributions of its female team members with gifts and a special event. As part of the company’s annual tradition, female employees across all departments received soap flowers as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

At The Venetian Macao’s team member restaurant, an event focused on empowering women through casual discussions on relevant topics. This celebration was mirrored globally across Sands’ properties to recognize female employees’ efforts.

The event was organized by Sands EmpowHER, a women-led diversity initiative aimed at fostering networking and professional development. Dr. Miriam Adelson, Las Vegas Sands Co-founder, shared encouraging words through a video message, inspiring team members to pursue continuous growth.

Sands China CEO Grant Chum highlighted the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, emphasizing that half of Sands China’s 27,000 team members are women, many balancing both work and family responsibilities.
