AI chatbot services expand for tourists
CTM has announced plans to enhance its intelligent customer service chatbot, initially launched in partnership with the Macao Government Tourism Office last year. The chatbot, designed to assist foreign tourists, will expand language support from eight to 12 languages this year. The AI-powered translation screen allows tourists to ask questions, receiving instant translations in Chinese. The new digital human customer service is expected to launch in the fourth quarter.
