Those who seek financial support from the Macao Foundation (FM) for next year’s activities related to academic projects, community activities, and exchanges, can submit applications for financing from August 1, the FM announced in a press statement.
From this day until September 3, the government foundation will be accepting applications through its online platform.
For “Academic projects” proposals related to academic studies, academic editions, and conferences/training activities will be eligible.
The “Community activities” type includes activities and events such as lectures, workshops, colloquiums, training sessions, exhibitions, competitions, publications, integrated activities, and large-scale festivals in community neighborhoods.
The last of the three types – “Exchanges”- provides financial support for exchange visits to the mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other countries or regions.
The regulations and forms related to the financial support plans are available on the FM website. Interested parties must ensure that they have a valid account to access the online platform to complete and submit the application form and must subsequently set a day and time for the delivery of the documents necessary to support the application. The deadline for the submission of documents is September 15.
