Bar Patuá at MGM Cotai presents the “Double Twists: Lorenzo Coppola x Paul Zhang” – a four-hands malt cocktail pop-up that features renowned mixologist Lorenzo Coppola, Creative Bar director of Aqua Restaurant Group, and Paul Zhang, manager of Bar Patuá.
Together, the two mixologists will present a lineup of cocktails crafted with classic whisky labels, The Glenrothes and Highland Park, curating a two-nights-only exclusive cocktail experience on May 26 and 27.
Featuring The Glenrothes 12 Years Old single malt, Coppola created Glenrothes Colada, a playful and lush twist of the tropical classic. With notes on the contrary, Zhang created Golden Embrace to highlight the depths of vanilla and cinnamon notes of the whisky with warm spices and more.
With the Highland Park 12 Years Old single malt, Lorenzo and Paul crafted two other innovative twists on the crowd favorite classic cocktails, Highland Park Highball, a bright fizz with hints of tart fruitiness, and Black Tea Manhattan, an interpretation inspired by Chinese tea culture.
