Macau’s gastronomic scene is set to be infused with excitement as MGM joins hands with French avant-garde pastry master, Angelo Musa, World Pastry Champion and the Best Craftsman of France (M.O.F.), to present The CHOCOL’ART Series at MGM COTAI, a series of events featuring delights crafted with the finest chocolates from the prestigious artisan chocolatier Chocolaterie de l’Opera.
On March 8, The Perfect Pairing event at Grill 58 invites connoisseurs to explore the intriguing pairing of whiskies and artisan chocolates. Five exquisite canapés crafted by Chef Musa will be paired with single malt whiskies, creating an enticing sensory experience with harmonious taste combinations.
Another highlight is the Six Hands Degustation Dinner at Aji on March 8. Chef Musa will be joined by Executive Sous Chef Homan Tsui, who helms Black Pearl One-Diamond Restaurant Imperial Court, and Chef de Cuisine Sihui Pan of contemporary dining hot spot Aji, to create an unparalleled gastronomic experience that combines exquisite East-Meets-West flavors and single-origin chocolates. Chef Homan will present Lingnan delicacies with an indulgent twist of cacao, while the cold plates from Chef Pan are perfectly complemented with the specialty white chocolate, and the cocoa journey will be rounded off with signature desserts of Chef Musa.
Chocolate enthusiasts can’t miss the chance to sample Chef Musa’s winning dessert for the World Pastry Champion, the Papilio, and an afternoon tea set masterfully crafted by Chef Musa, both centered around the rich flavors of cacao, will be available exclusively at Anytime from March 9 until April 30.
