P001_City-of-Dreams-&-Altira-Macau-ChefsAltira Macau is set to hold “The Beauty Within” Sparkling Anniversary Dinner to celebrate its 9th anniversary on May 21 at its signature Cantonese restaurant, Ying.
The hotel has invited six multi-award-
winning chefs to prepare sumptuous menus, the company noted in a statement.
Chef Guillaume Galliot (The Tasting Room) and Chef Tam Kwok Fung (Jade Dragon), culinary masterminds of the two-Michelin-starred restaurants at City of Dreams, will be co-helming the kitchen that evening along with the head chefs of Altira Macau’s signature Italian, Cantonese and Japanese restaurants and the hotel’s pastry chef.
According to the statement, the six chefs will work together for the first time to create a culinary journey and to showcase the impeccable balance of Cantonese, Japanese, French and Italian flavors in one single menu.
Altira has also launched a series of dining and spa promotions and a special hotel package valid until the end of May to commemorate its 9th anniversary.
