Corporate Bits | CESL Asia takes part in MIECF

CESL Asia will showcase its ideas and solutions at the Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition (MIECF 2018) held from tomorrow until April 14.

According to a statement the firm released yesterday, CESL Asia will display its initiatives at the exhibition. CESL Asia’s initiatives are jointly developed with its partner from the Fujian Province, the high-tech integrated group “Newland”, a purveyor of innovative technology and new-generation tech-products in the Chinese market.

Among other applications to be showcased at MIECF, CESL Asia will present on the smart transportation system, cloud computing and big data, and the opportunities for potential deployment of modern solutions in the area of environmental management.

“We believe that all these elements contribute to the sustainability of the social and economic development, impact on the increasing of the quality of life of Macau citizens,” the company said.

Sofitel to hold ‘Wine & Music’ night

Sofitel Macau will present “Wine & Music,” this Friday, featuring ethnic music, dance, signature food and wine from South America.

Guests will be offered a free flow of wines from Casablanca Valley, a renowned wine region in Chile, including Cefiro Merlot 2012 (Silver Medal Winner of Mundus Vini), Nimbus Estate Pinot Noir 2012, Cefiro Chardonnay 2013 (scored 88 by International Wine Cellar magazine) and Nimbus Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2014.

Sofitel noted in a statement that unlimited Latin specialties such as smoked turkey tortilla wraps with guacamole, choripan sandwiches, croquetas, chicken anticucho and marinated roasted beef flap will be available.

The event will be held in Mistral North Terrace.
