Corporate Bits | Privé launches ‘Good France’ menu

In celebration of the global “Good France” event, Privé at Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 is introducing the “Good France” set menu from March 19 to 23.

With “socially responsible cuisine focusing on environmental protection” as the main theme, Chef Bob of Privé has designed a five-course menu that serves organic vegetables from local suppliers and hormone-free seafood from sustainable fisheries, the hotel announced in a statement.

“Good France” is held worldwide every March to celebrate French gastronomy and last year attracted participation from over 2,000 restaurants in 150 countries.

The main course of “Good France” is salmon fillet, complemented by truffle mashed potatoes. To finish off the meal, guests are treated to a gluten-free “The Pave Chocolate Cake.”
