DSI kiosks down for system update

The Identification Services Bureau (DSI) self-service kiosks for identification document applications will be not operating today due to system updates, the bureau announced in a statement. The work, which already affected kiosks yesterday, will continue until 9 p.m. today. During this period, all DSI self-service kiosks dedicated to applications for Macau Resident Identity Cards and Macau travel documents and certificates will be unavailable. During the system upgrade, eligible applicants can still lodge applications via their Macao One Account. The kiosks will resume normal functioning after the system upgrade has finished.
