Galaxy Macau’s “FUNtastic Winter Wishes Come True” campaign has unveiled a menu themed “Fuel Up for Success,” inspired by the long history of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
According to the gaming operator, the new menu follows the principles of yin and yang to help the body achieve harmony. Each dish is prepared with medicinal ingredients, contributing to the menu’s potent wellness benefits. Diners will savor delicious dishes and reap the benefits of 5,000 years of medical wisdom by ordering the 6- or 8-course set menu at Fook Lam Moon, or a la carte at Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant, The Noodle Kitchen and Lugang Café from now till February 8, 2020.
The nutritious menu was jointly created by renowned TCM practitioner Dr. Cheong Weng Heng and Galaxy Macau’s acclaimed Chinese Master Chef Simon Tho.
“An energy-boosting diet can do wonders to revitalize the body and mind,” said Dr. Cheong. “Many traditional Chinese medicinal ingredients can be used as ingredients to prepare nourishing dishes.”
