Gov’t reclaims lot in Coloane
The SAR has recovered a 2,930 square meter area in Coloane that has been illegally occupied, the Land and Urban Construction Bureau has announced in a statement. The recovered land is located in the corner formed between Estrada do Dique Oeste and Rua Marginal da Concórdia in Coloane, which was fenced with metal nets and fences. It had three sets of metal gates installed and contained many vehicles including abandoned trucks, vehicle parts, containers and miscellaneous objects. The bureau has issued an eviction notice demanding that interested parties who illegally occupied the land vacate it and return it within the stipulated period.
