HK gov’t expects 138k daily HKZMB passengers this festive period

The Immigration Department of the Hong Kong government has estimated around 9.03 million passengers will pass through Hong Kong’s sea, land and air control points during the upcoming Qingming and Easter festive period on April 1-10. Among them, about 83.5 percent, or around 7.54 million passengers, will pass through land control points, the Immigration Department has said. Also, passenger traffic at the Lok Ma Chau Spur Line and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge control point will also be heavy, with a daily average of about 147,000 and 138,000 passengers, respectively.
