Despite the recent warm spell, temperatures are expected to drop again just before Lunar New Year, according to the Hong Kong Observatory’s nine-day forecast. From recent days until Feb. 7, temperatures are expected to range between 17 and 24 degrees Celsius. However, a noticeable dip is expected on Feb. 8, with temperatures ranging between a low of 13 degrees and a high of 17 degrees. The following day, being the Lunar New Year’s Eve, will see even cooler temperatures, between 11 and 15 degrees Celsius. The weather is expected to be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain.
