Always encouraging team members to treasure every opportunity to learn about our nation, MGM has gathered a group of 30 team members, led by Wendy Yu, senior vice president of human resources, to visit the “Historical Documentary Exhibition for Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao SAR” yesterday at the Handover Gift Museum of Macao.
The team enjoyed the privilege of viewing 100 precious relics, including “La Jeunesse,” one of the key enablers of the May Fourth Movement, documents of the Sino-Portuguese Joint Declaration, as well as old photos and maps of 19th century Macau.
Yu expressed her thoughts on behalf of the group: “MGM highly recognizes the importance of national education. We will continue in this approach. There is also a dedicated section about the history of Macau, in which we were able to connect to and acknowledge the great support extended to us by our country.”
