As the legal framework for urban renewal takes effect on June 1, Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) has held numerous meetings to help Iao Hon Estate property owners in organizing management committees. Since 2022, the MUR has already helped owners from three different blocks in the Iao Hon Estate old neighborhood, including Son Lei House, Seng Yee House and Hong Tai House, accounting for a total of 18 condominium owners’ general assembly meetings.
