Nine hotel projects in progress, DSSCU says

The Land and Urban Construction Bureau (DSSCU) disclosed yesterday that as of the second quarter of this year, nine hotel project constructions are in progress, which equates to 3,732 rooms. Meanwhile, eight hotels have reached design phase and aim to provide 1,308 rooms. In addition, five private construction projects, 34 units, received Building Use Licenses, with no parking spaces. Fifty-six others were still in progress, and they were expected to provide 2,242 units. Ninety-eight residential projects, 6,571 units, were still in design phase.
