Public consultation for Ponte 16 development kicks off

A fresh set of seven preliminary planning condition plans has been issued, and the collection of public opinions will commence from today for the development undertaking along Ponte 16. As per the draft, the existing structures within the project are prohibited from being heightened, and the height of additional buildings is limited to 20.5 meters. The Cultural Affairs Bureau insists on preserving the architectural appearance of Ponte 16. According to the draft, approximately 265 square meters of land will be reclaimed for the purpose of a public street. After reconstruction, it will cover an area of around 22,800 square meters.
