Sands China Ltd. has been awarded the “Top Employer” certification for the second consecutive year by the Top Employer Institute, a global authority on human resources excellence.

The recognition highlights the company’s adherence to international HR standards, covering leadership, talent acquisition, workplace environment, and employee development.

The company employs nearly 28,000 staff, with almost half having served more than a decade, reflecting a strong retention record.

Innovative initiatives, including specialized roles for people with disabilities, family-friendly policies, and professional development programs through Sands China Academy, have been recognized internationally.

Sands China said in a statement that it also focuses on career growth and well-being, introducing AI upskilling, childcare leave, and parent-support measures. In 2025, the company received 32 regional and international HR awards, underscoring the effectiveness of its human resources strategies and its commitment to nurturing talent for the city’s tourism and service industries.
