30% of Macau New Neighbourhood flats have been sold

Sales of residential apartments at the Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) development in Hengqin have been robust, according to Huang Yujie, the director of the Hengqin Livelihood Affairs Bureau. Recently, Huang revealed that more than 1,200 flats have been sold since sales began on November 28 last year. This equates to roughly 30% of the 4,000 or so units that are available. The official also disclosed that over 350 parking spaces had been purchased. These latest figures come just over a month after Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR), the developer of MNN, announced that a quarter of the apartments had been sold as of March 6.
