Gov’t publishes photos celebrating CNY

The Government Information Bureau (IBS) has published a series of photos featuring residents buying Chinese New Year decorations, through its mobile app, MSAR News. Centered on “celebrating the festival,” the photos were taken by the bureau’s photographer, Mr Ho Kuok Wai, and feature people buying seasonal flowers, dried seafood, sausages, snacks and spring couplets, providing a glimpse into how locals plan for the Lunar New Year.
The MSAR News app provides real-time news and government information, as well as pictures and local weather reports. It can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
