Gov’t approves five private housing projects in Q1

During the first quarter of 2024, five private housing developments have been granted the necessary licenses for construction, which will provide 266 housing units. Data from the Land and Urban Construction Bureau (DSSCU) revealed there are 56 private housing developments, with some still under construction and awaiting inspection, while others have already been completed and are currently undergoing inspection. These 56 developments are expected to provide 2,379 housing units. Furthermore, there are 88 housing developments currently in the design phase, which are projected to offer 6,645 housing units.
