Over 400 guests from 10 countries gathered at MGM COTAI June 28-30 for the conclusion of Asia’s only MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters event. Six internationally renowned chefs from hailing from those Asian, European, and Middle Eastern regions along the historic Silk Road collaborated to produce an unprecedented 12-course dinner.
The meal paid tribute to the evolution of culinary exchange along the Silk Road through innovative fusion of ingredients and techniques. Guests delighted in dishes showcasing the artistic influence of Middle Eastern, European, and Asian cooking traditions.
Also, participants enjoyed hands-on cooking sessions with celebrity chefs, cultural tours, and a community engagement activity where over 140 local culinary students joined demonstrations.
