Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace will provide a platform for sake enthusiasts when they host a series of events for the International Wine Challenge in early August.
The four-day celebration of Japanese rice wine will include a masterclass led by a renowned sake expert, as well as tastings that allow participants to directly compare award-winning sakes. Held since 1984, the IWC’s annual sake competition introduces sake connoisseurs to styles from across Japan.
This year’s event in Macau provides an exclusive opportunity to experience the spectrum of sake offerings.
Two of Wynn’s Michelin-starred restaurants will also participate, as their chefs craft special tasting menus designed to showcase food pairings for various sake types.
