Jiangmen – Delta cities streamline real estate registration

Four cities in the western Pearl River Delta—Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Yangjiang—have agreed to streamline real estate registration processes, enhancing inter-city integration in Guangdong province. This cooperation enables residents to register real estate transactions in their home cities, regardless of where the property is located among the four participating cities. The new service aims to improve convenience for individuals living and working across multiple cities in the region, simplifying property buying and selling procedures and promoting economic cooperation between these key urban centers.
