Chef Tam’s Seasons at Wynn Palace has earned a prestigious place in the Tatler Best 100 in Asia, according to a recent press release from the gaming operator.
The inaugural ceremony was held in Bangkok on Nov. 24 to celebrate excellence in the hospitality industry and honor the best hotels, restaurants, and bars of the year.
Chef Tam’s Seasons – led by Chef Tam Kwok Fung – opened just last year and was honored to be included as one of the best 100 restaurants in Asia, according to the same release.
Chef Tam is committed to the legacy and authenticity of Cantonese cuisine, reimagining traditional dishes at Chef Tam’s Seasons with contemporary concepts and techniques.
The Cantonese restaurant, known for its changing menus based on the 24 solar terms, has already achieved international acclaim in its debut year, receiving a Michelin star as well as a place in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
