New Classics: Aux Beaux Arts Redefines French Dining at MGM MACAU

French gastronomy is entering a bold new era at MGM MACAU, where Aux Beaux Arts unveils its “New Classics” — a visionary reimagining of brasserie-style dining. Led by Michelin-starred Consultant Chef Olivier Elzer and Chef de Cuisine Basil Yu, this transformation seamlessly marries time-honored techniques with contemporary flair, offering a refined yet accessible take on French cuisine.

Nestled in the heart of Grande Praça at MGM MACAU, the restaurant’s ambiance echoes the golden time of 1930s Paris, setting the stage for a celebratory dining experience. The menu pays tribute to classic French cuisine while incorporating Macau’s cultural influences.

Highlights include the Lobster Salad, where succulent seafood meets creamy burrata and butter lettuce, and the Skate Wing, a French coastal delicacy enhanced with a Southeast Asian-inspired spiced butter sauce. The Yellow Chicken with Piperade Basquaise showcases farm-to-table simplicity, while desserts such as Paris Brest and Clafoutis provide a sweet finale.

Starting from today, guests can experience this culinary evolution through à la carte and tasting menus, immersing themselves in the “New Classics” vision. For reservations, please call (853) 8802 2319 or visit MGM MACAU’s website.
