AL approves new regime for public housing transactions

The new regime for the transfer of autonomous units of buildings used for public housing and sandwich-class housing was approved by the Legislative Assembly yesterday. The main objective of this bill is to expedite and streamline the transfer process for property owners. The proposal had initially been discussed in February, but had been postponed due to numerous uncertainties awaiting resolution.
